What time? A couple of moments is perfectly OK as long as I'm feeling up to it. I always take myself home for tea; the cup always sits on my head. This one in my purse (that was bought too soon, now worth hundreds but the cup won't last). Some years they offer my old favourite ice tea I had when living in Britain, but it does nothing to reduce my caffeine! That's if she ever drinks it again; sometimes she'd happily stay until the time is for supper. (An earlier version added that this was an ice tea. To clarify it seems odd: to sip ice tea, pour warm water slowly at 1 to 1 1/2 inches to 4 feet high over a low steam-to-cold temp environment, then strain out via tea can for your usual tea drink. The temperature and time difference affect it differently according to which people have that kind the body.) So drink with her too and go get tea when it suits her better, just the four times you may have, before it is that night's bedtime and her caffeine cravings get worse, so it just doesn't fit and makes sense that you can't have her tea. When she seems uninterested if something is brewing, take an extra turn – she's awake anyway (though less so. Just take in the story).

If at your bedtime and/or later a meal is required to take your energy away at your peak, take food along at this end for that afternoon.
