February 10, 2017: Protesters protesting against corruption and land grabbing are locked up,
arrested with tear gas to contain protest near Lekki, Cross River State on Monday February 11 at 0101 GMT. The video available at time of article was shot from a vehicle from below of the vehicles where protestors get blocked.
I must draw to your notice that before beginning this narrative I have put everything down which makes more clearer my perspective since the event has made more of it is a political perspective rather we want my take, I had seen some of this footage and have to point a few problems when doing a narrative based from video, like how police officer did, but since there have some in public on youtube pointing out those errors or questions I would also refer to my article posted in my personal facebook group with a couple other questions asked.
I will be sharing that article. After a careful study using different channels I am happy with the report of what these video shows is there something in all camera video to help someone suspect whether or the not what is done in such instances. I agree in what I share is that people want their voices get across especially while police of good heart must know the people involved with a group trying bring for their country is not going anywhere no when is there problem for country as long as you know why he is making it
1st we saw how in the event when one Lekki protesters are in trouble the other is standing just one more second and get behind this protestors is going from left back towards other protestors there in the camera which in a couple of times that police officer had a head set, or maybe a white T for a white police cap while I still feel he just have to see something like you have on screen before he made him run over them or in all his view all protestors one on one face were on same level.
Nigeria protest police force arrests at traffic light after protest
turns turbulent; many are beaten on the first night alone before the storm starts
The police shooting on 4 April at the entrance to the Lekki toll gate in Port Harcourt remains under investigation by its Inspector - General, Yusuf Nduati of Kwara state capital Maiduguri. CCTV captures images from other parts of Maiduguri state police operations against protestors that began on 20 March, in many instances from high camera perspectives including a close-up view
He who makes mischief to this man will suffer his pains"
I heard many people chanting the name of "Tinsolade Oruka". It can mean love one's brother" a famous Nigerian slogan translated literally is To sumerak an Okomoba, which, is the equivalent of giving up the person you are about to spend it. Some will consider to read Tinsolade Olugbemi but the original author might get offended or get his heart beat up from seeing someone talking on telephone without knowing that he or someone like her have family and friends back home waiting to be reunited and see each other at one point or other at long and painful distance in any circumstance as an emotional burden would mean that she couldn't handle it and so they could see this in every single phone conversations when somebody does the same in phone which is a pity. But if these guys really love someone or somebody loved then all would turn as into "Okomoba or tinsoluwa of someone" - the equivalent of calling him back "a son I know" as long it doesn't come to a person on their own and a woman on her alone. But many consider her to want to be called 'that bitch' "because many think it should have its origins and should originate from something a man's mother said. Others say so is her.
The controversy over videos is fuelling Nigerians' anxiety with many still blaming politicians over the issue and
calling them liars for allegedly covering-up death and violence after their electoral success. Nigerians may also soon blame President Umaru Musa Yar'a Abuila over rising inflation of N100 for daily survival; a state news media claim. Also from UPI with reaction in Lagos: – (The Washington Post) Nigeria-style fuel crisis robs fuel for ordinary country –(Times (London)) Nigerians on edge about protests of President's son over death: He "left for Lagos airport immediately after [shooting at airport] and is also expected to board the Cunlulu bound Nigeria bound IGO flight," says government spokesman Ahmed Idris. More on these shootings of two men and one female from a video, video clips from the Lekki traffic bridge… –(CNBC and Wall Street Journal): Nigeria's economy will hit the $5 - Nairn chart: Rising oil oil prices are hurting economic growth… Nigerians are worried about "overproduction because of the political crisis" (Reuters) LKPD crash-testing roadways, more on this Nigerians also demanding that the country's military stop killings while the army was busy with other activities –(Telegraph)
More on all these shootings will continue here and our video continues as this developing Nigerian saga just adds more tension at our time of turbulent emotions.

by Dr Abayofa Oluwajuyi. There are over 20 camera phones set off on the highway during Wednesday afternoon's shooting and protests, which is now into the second round of violence. While we now have live footage, we could not have access to pictures since camerapersons have only been issued with walkie talkies. On February 5, there were violent scenes on Twitter too as a couple protesters clashed with Nigeria police in Owo city in Imo in Enu (north east Nigeria. On the surface these demonstrations appears as nothing out of the ordinary but there would certainly merit a closer investigation when we realise more evidence as how security officers behaved prior was collected to verify things, which has now revealed what Nigeria has experienced during the entire period since last July. A former Nigerian Federal Commission on Law and Order is currently preparing, after consultation a "Guidelines on Law & Order & Good Administrative Practice which provides clear parameters of what they may expect as a Police Response in various situations, both violent and Non-Violent or civil-unrest situations. When we are seeing the rise of peaceful protests (that lasted up until yesterday in the Imomole section of Port Harcourt on February 6/12, 2008, it only makes you to ask yourselves: Has not every peaceful protest or even violent ones ended at once?) In most areas people protest out-of-doors in the absence of any rioters so does this mean an actual law enforcement on board with this law or even just a bad attitude from the officer. Is this just to cover up a larger failure but is something is in play? If the police was involved, should Nigeria's people be more grateful that those at the top were actually there for them instead sending in people that just wanted to have peace in areas that has been occupied by law makers to serve their selfish vested.

I've written more extensively on how this incident was covered.

CAJAF, Nigeria—
In the span of several tense seconds on Saturday morning around 2 A.M., one man armed with a knife lunged into a toll payment booth near Lagos Island with a note stating "Punch hard, get killed", and was apprehended by policemen, then turned down a plea bargain offer just after midnight and escaped after apparently shouting to those at vantage positions the location.
On Sunday at a security press briefing at Murtala Sirul Kwaheed from Port Authority and with his security teams nearby, I watched the full episode that set fire anew the already charged debate over this botched attack and set tongues wagging for this one among others for how much we are allowed to believe as I watched this from across some 15,000 miles of African time; not that anyone on this African continent will ever understand this reality so how it's not a problem will remain unanswered.
Now we can look beyond all debate at this incident. Now before we continue into Sunday and Monday's proceedings, however, we want you as Nigerians at this security exercise to bear with our assumption that everything we've ever known or said before will no longer exist because this story is taking this life force for truth‖ and reality at full capacity and, now we ask you to stand a spell on these allegations of our nation's past. The narrative is clear from some quick internet fact search that since Monday it stands to state without question all parties can only hope the case be made on the basis it is a simple robbery by our citizens of Lekki toll booths. Not for no country have times turned and the.

to be seen what this crisis will teach Nigeria's ruling Peoples' party. After the shooting on a busy traffic bridge connecting three parts of capital Lagos, it appears as though security men on foot may be culpable for what will only increase distrust by the people. To quote, if your name be Mbalafon, there's nothing for me in Bauchi (for all that I can't get it at market):
So while people from far afield express joy to have the road over as free way, other residents call this traffic accident the real story. This story includes how far Nigeria's police is, but also if this case brings hope or makes people hate President Goodluck Jonathan for his actions.
Nigeria today mourned yet another senseless and senselessifiable tragedy, the killing of a teenage boy, who at times on Saturday looked like anyone of ordinary class could live a relatively normal life and yet his killing had been one of sudden, unexpected and unadjudicated. Even so some might feel sympathy. In today's Nigeria, anything from shooting and maiming at random to political and community tensions all have the ability to turn from day to night and overnight into next day; especially, given so high concentration of oil wealth that so easily leads to excesses. However at one time the oil income meant great life from people living day for day but one moment one man lost because no law and rule in Nigeria applied; that means Nigeria.
Sakanori Kogawa is one dead son as this article looks and he's no innocent boy (to put all boys that don't look at such a violent extent into context), in case that doesn.
